Workday Support Administrator

A successful Workday Support Administrator must have an in-depth knowledge of Workday functionality to be able to maintain and improve the daily operation of our HRIS system. They will perform a range of duties including HCM Configuration, maintaining and editing business processes and preparing custom reports.
Under the supervision of the Workday Support Director they will ensure that all Workday-related systems are regularly updated.

Job Expectations

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the day-to-day activities of the HRIS System
  • Create custom reports as requested by the business
  • Troubleshoot Integrations with outside vendors
  • Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS System
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
  • Perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS
  • Design user-friendly processes
  • Oversee all system upgrades and system additions
  • Provide support to the HR and Finance Teams as it relates to the HRIS System functionality

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HRIS position
  • Workday HCM knowledge is a must
  • Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems
  • Proven ability to demonstrate strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
