Sr. Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering or math) or equivalent.  MBA candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively operate cross-functionally (this role will partner closely with a broad range of leaders across Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and IT)
  • Focus on continuous improvement across internal and external stakeholders to define, design, and maintain performance measures, reporting, and reviews
  • Solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders throughout the organization
  • Ability to advance the vision of the FP&A team to provide one source of financial truth and continue to move away from being "report driven machines" to delivering data driven financial insights about the business
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
  • Advanced computer skills using a variety of software including Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis, including Pivot Tables and VLookups.  Power point skills, Power BI, Workday
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong presentation and modeling skills
  • Must be a self-starter who can work well within various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively identify business improvement areas  
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred
