Inside Sales Support - Expressions


The Showroom Customer Service Coordinator provides administrative support to the showroom sales force by assisting with customer inquiries, ensuring order delivery accuracy, coordinates special customer requests and assists with customer issue resolution.

Job Expectations


  • Sales
    • Ensure high quality customer service expectations with clients after the sale has been entered by a sales associate to ensure all products arrive when needed to the address specified.
    • Facilitate managing all showroom associates calling queues in Solar Eclipse
  • Customer Focus
    • Achieve elevated levels of service and communication with customers and showroom sales associates
    • Work closely with vendors to make sure product shipment /delivery dates are adhered to and communicate changes appropriately to the customer
    • Maintain active and proactive customer relationship to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
  • Administrative
    • Utilize Eclipse system to track orders, prioritize shipments and work with purchasing to ensure all orders are fulfilled in timely manner
    • Follow company & branch level standard operating procedures
    • Successfully complete all assigned training within given timeframe
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School education or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 - 3 - years’ experience in a related wholesale distribution business


  • Knowledge of plumbing/ hardware/countertop industry preferred
  • Must be self-motivated, including high attention to detail with ability to focus and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Word; previous experience with an ERP system (i.e. Eclipse) is an asset
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills required
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work positively within a team environment
  • Must be able to learn quickly and have a desire to succeed
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions with minimal assistance
  • Must present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
  • Regular, timely attendance is required to meet customer needs in an efficient and effective manner
