REQ-00352 HVAC Sales Manager - Morrison Supply Company (Open)ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
oWork with General Manager and Owner on developing annual sales plan including individual and team goals
oRecruit and hire sales representatives to fulfill plan
oWeekly sales meetings and ride-along's for coaching and sticking to the sales process
oIssue leads and follow up on all open quotes to ensure top sales conversion rates
oReview sales agreements and approve for installation department.
oTrack sales statistics, sales performance, and adjust based on live results
oMaintain and update pricing guide
oStrive for 100% Customer Satisfaction!
oStrong experience with customers from initial contact, through entire sales and installation process.
oPrevious experience in fast-paced, high growth, service environments
oStrong sales skills with an ability to work with all in the organization
oAbility to act as a leader, inspiring people to reach for their goals and company’s vision
oStrong business sense and focus, with a drive to succeed
oAbility to handle multiple projects and adapt to new and changing situations
oLeadership by the numbers, with an ability to motivate people in a positive way.
oHigh level of integrity and trust is a must!
oExceptional customer relationship skills
oMust be able to communicate clearly the requirements in both verbal and written ways.
oComputer Skills required, Microsoft Word, Excel, Dedicated CRM program.
oPerform other duties as assigned

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
* 3+ years ‘ experience in HVAC / Plumbing field work
* 2+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC / Plumbing sales
* Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
* 3+ years’ experience in a high volume/dollar commercial sales environment may be substituted for degree requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES
