People Experience Administrative Assistant

As a People Experience Assistant, you will be fundamental in keeping a positive working relationship between MORSCO and our customers by utilizing your excellent customer service skills. You will process returns and materials received in our system, resolve purchase order and accounts payable variances, and determine the cause of transfer discrepancies. In addition, your professionalism and aiding customers via phone and in person will help MORSCO create lifelong partnerships. 


  • Run reports every first Friday of the month to update KPI deck and Summary Worksheet for the CHRO
  • Provide Point Recognition with quarterly report for all Service Anniversaries
  • Provide Payroll with monthly report for eGift cards that have been redeemed (For the Texas Freeze)
  • Track Legal Documents; EEOC, Work Comp, State Specific Charges, Legal Cases and Lighthouse
  • Order posters as requested; Labor Law Poster, Federal Contractors Edition Poster, and Drug Free Workplace Poster
  • Complete Unemployment Claims
  • Track all invoices that are coming out of HR cost center and submit to A/P            
  • Complete VOE when they are unable to access the information from The Work number
  • Complete VOE for Child Support
  • Create letter VOE for Employee when requested
  • Monitor all ServiceNow cases that are created and either respond to them or assign them to the appropriate group/person
  • Provide Documents from Workday - when requested
  • Manage HR email inbox, be point of contact for HR
  • Answer calls that are routed to the Benefits, Workday Tech Support/ Password Reset, HR Workday Navigation Support and All other Employment Related questions HR Line
  • Occasionally Assist with Audits and upload Commission Statements - Benefits
  • Create Distribute Documents in Workday for Acknowledgement - For all HR groups and Transportation
  • Update Principal with information for employees who have been terminated


  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word 
  • Basic Accounting skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
