Eclipse Support Associate - Morsco


Provide user systems support for Solar Eclipse ERP. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Provide training and support for user community. Serve as branch management advisor on policies and procedures related to branch operations. Educate branch on best practices. Liaison between branches and corporate stakeholders to capture new requirements and business needs. Participate in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and training programs.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Respond to requests for assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
Identify, diagnose and concisely document reported issues through an electronic tracking system
Respond to client calls in a professional manner, providing solutions and advice where appropriate
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Follow up and communicate with customers on open issue status until resolved
Ensure all issues are handled in a timely manner
Work with branch management to identify training needs and develop learning plans for team members
Deliver training initiatives and verify mastery of learning objectives
Advise management on best practices for branch operations
Participate in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and training programs related to branch and support center operations including policy, process and systems.
Stay current with ERP system information, changes and updates
Attend relevant training courses
Education and Experience

Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Solar Eclipse
Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
Knowledge and experience of Windows operating systems
Related experience and training with operational knowledge and experience a plus
Experience in the development and implementation of e-learning training programs a plus
