THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
As the Director Total Rewards, you will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment where you will lead the planning, designing, implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy and programs which will enable MORSCO to attract and retain the talent needed to meet the growth objectives.

A strong desire to expand your experiences
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
5 to 7 years’ experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness)
Experience in Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation and HRIS (Workday) preferred
Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative imperatives and impacts related to Total Rewards programs (FLSA, Sec 125, ERISA, 409A, HIPAA, etc.).
