Digital Product Manager - MORSCO

The role of the Digital Product Manager is to be responsible for creating and driving the digital roadmap and deliver digital customer experiences in line with customer expectations to achieve the company vision and successfully implement the Greatness Blueprint. The Digital Product Manager will effectively communicate the company vision and strategy throughout the department and lead, inspire, coach and support reporting staff to successfully implement the Greatness Blueprint.
The primary role of the Digital Product Manager is to define the strategy and roadmap for the Morsco digital customer transaction channels (web and mobile) and share accountability with the Tech Lead and User Experience Lead for the design, build and operations of the digital products. The Digital Product Manager will typically be concerned with the driving the following key metrics:
* Overall stability and reliability of the digital products (shared with Tech Lead)
* Customer NPS and usability scores (shared with UX Lead)
* Customer adoption/penetration of digital tools (partnering closely with the broader Marketing and Operations teams)
* Online engagement, sales
The Digital Product Manager must be the main digital evangelist throughout the rest of the organisation, communicating clearly a compelling product strategy.

EXPECTATIONS                                                     

Identify and deliver Digital customer experiences in line with customer needs

  • Work closely with the UX Lead to continually gain insights into our customers’ behaviour to either disrupt ourselves or to avoid the risk of disruption
  • Continually look at how we can improve the digital experience for our customers, leveraging data, customer research, market intelligence and seeking inspiration from the outside world
  • Deliver the best digital customer experience in our industry

Drive growth in usage, engagement and revenue across Digital channels

  • Create national awareness and demand for our digital products and educate trade audiences about the unique benefits of our offering, collaborating with both the broader Marketing team as well as our Operations teams
  • Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable on our digital services so that they are confident in selling and supporting our digital products
  • Provide tools for branches to enable them to demonstrate and train customers our digital offering     
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor our performance

Create and drive the Digital strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with other departments

  • Works with the Marketing and IT teams to implement and bring to life the digital components of the marketing strategy
  • Remain current on latest trends and opportunities in the digital space, and use that curiosity to inform the product roadmap
  • Evangelise internally with senior stakeholders from across the business to share the product vision for and how it drives value for the business and our customers
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design on planning and execution of the strategy
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design on defining ways of working for the team

Work with the right partners and technology to enable Digital leadership and innovation

  • This is a fast moving space. Plan ahead and ensure that we are building our digital tools with the right partners and on the right platforms
  • Manage 3rd party relationships for the benefit of the business

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
