Builder Sales Manager- Morsco HVAC Supply


The Builder Sales Manager is responsible for working with various branches and departments to drive company revenue and profitability through the execution of MORSCO’s business plans and objectives.

* Operations
oImplements business plan to strategically grow and maintain builder business throughout Rural West
oEnsures sales objectives are well defined and achieved by each Sales team member
oTargets potential customers and assesses opportunities for sales
oEnsures quotes and orders are entered accurately into Eclipse System
oProvides all necessary order and product information to customer including pricing and product specifications
oSupports sales by responding to customer inquires, request for quotes, technical advising
oDevelops and provides sales technique training as necessary for all team members
oManages Builder Sales Budget

* Customer Service
oEngages with customers to ensure satisfaction with order fulfillment and accuracy
oAddresses customer issues as required
oAssists all customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
* Safety
oMaintains safe and clean work environment
oRequires safe driving record

* Perform other duties as assigned

* Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent; B.A. in Business, Finance, or other related field preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field
* Experience with business to business sales techniques

* Must present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
* Ability to travel to customer work sites
* Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office; previous experience with an ERP system (i.e. Eclipse, Mincron) is an asset
* Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry and stay current on industry trends
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
* Requires creativity, analytical, and organization skills
* Must be able to work positively within a team environment
* Must be able to learn quickly and have a desire to succeed
* Must be able to adapt to change and work within a flexible environment
